The Giggle Instruments come in an assortment of two Elmo Drum and Cookie Monster Piano. Elmo Drum (Tum-Tum Drum) Beat the hands (hands are tethered to the body) against the surface of the drum pad and Elmo will laugh to the beat. Cookie Monster Piano (Cookie's Keys) Cookie Monster will laugh each time a key is pressed. Opening or closing the mouth will activate a phrase.
